Practicing My T's: New Activity-Don't Go To Bed Mad; Work It Out


September 18th: Instead of going to sleep mad, I worked it out (exercise wise, that is).

I was pretty upset after discovering some bad news.  I would have talked to a certain someone about it, except that person was the cause of my agitation.

Instead of stewing in silence, because the amount of anger I felt snatched my words, I did something very uncharacteristic.  Rather than lying awake annoyed, I decided to head back out to the gym.

The situation hasn't worked itself out yet, but my initial anger towards it is.  Plus, I got an unexpected workout in with some good results.
