30 Days of Days Challenge: Intro

It has been a while since I've done a 30 Days challenge hosted by someone else.  It was back in 2011, I believe, when I participated in the 30 Day Love Challenge as well as the 30 Day Erotica Challenge.

I also had my own 30 Day challenge I entitled Musical Truths.  I also had little things that I would write on for 30 days, like new activities and things for the month of September.

The picture challenge, I admit, I didn't do so well on.  Not that I don't intend to finish it, but I'm a bit too focused on finding the right picture...lol

Side Note: Finish The Photo Challenge....I think I'm right on Day 15, so I'm about 50% complete.

But as far as taking part in a hosted challenge, that has been a minute.  So when Kali came up with the concept for another 30 Days challenge I was intrigued.  She posted all of the details yesterday, and when I peeped them, I'm like, "Hey this looks doable."

For all of my fellow bloggers, I do invite you to take part as well--whether you are in a writing slump, want to write about something different, or get a little more personal.

Peek the details via Kween's Kaleidoscope:

"This is how it goes. Every day you blog. For each day there is a topic to write on based on a day out of your life. Firsts, celebrations, setbacks...you get it. You can even tag each blog #30DayChallenge. Hey, if you don't want to it's okay. lol

You can take the poster (the above pic) and place it on your blog for the first day...after that, you can be creative and use whatever picture relates to what it is you're blogging on that day. You can invite whomever and how many you please. Hopefully, we'll all visit one another and be a support system...reminding each other to write and share.
Without further ado...here's the list of the days:
#1- a day containing your earliest memory
#2-a day in elementary school
#3- a day in middle school
#4- a day in high school
#5- the day you first fell in love
#6- the day you first held a job
#7- the day you found your first best friend
#8- a day you realized what you wanted to do/be
#9- the day you discovered the Internet
#10- a day you'd rather forget
#11- the day you lost someone important (living or deceased)
#12- a day you wish you could do over
#13- a Christmas Day memory
#14- the day you hate to see coming
#15- the day you graduated (choose any that you remember most)
#16- the day of a child's birth (family or close friends apply)
#17- a day when you felt the most helpless
#18- the last day of your first job
#19- your favorite day of the week and why
#20- the most memorable day of your childhood
#21- the day you met your best friend (in adulthood, if different from childhood. If not, tell a story about your BFF as adults)
#22- a day with the family you'll never forget
#23- the day you turned 21
#24- a memorable summer day
#25- a day you're currently planning for
#26- the day someone left and never came back (not death related)

#29- what you were doing today
#30-your proudest day to date
#31- Bonus Day: Pick a day you haven't described and share"

If you decide to participate, too, let's go on this journey together.  If not, then I hope you will support me on mine's.

Peace.

I have never done one of these challenges; though I seem to remember participating in a few group posts when I was on Yahoo 360. I did one of those "hot seat" posts where people are supposed to ask you a bunch of embarrassing shit you're supposed to answer honestly.

I must admit though, I do run out of ideas sometimes, so a challenge might not be so bad....even though I'm not up for this particular challenge.

I don't participate in all of them. I did do quite a few back in 2011--like the Love and Erotica ones. But it is good, like if one has gotten into a blogging slump, like I was back then, to really get me back in the habit.

I don't really need as much encouragement to write now, but I figured since Kali came up with it, I would give it a shot.
