Fit On Tracker: Progress Report 43


Workout Date:  Monday, December 24th,2012
Time: 2:35-4:00pm

Warm Up: Leg Raises, Hamstring Stretches

Target Areas (Lower body, cardio, abs only):

Legs:
I used three machines: Leg Press, Leg Extension and Hip Abductor

Leg Press:  I did 1@70, 1@90, and 1@110.

Leg Extension:  I did 1@45 and 2@50.

Hip Abductor:  I did 2@130 and 1@150

Abdominals:
Ab Crunch (upright):  I did 1@50, 2@60, and 1@70.

Additional Machines:
Torso Rotation:  The torso machine was occupied and I was pressed for time, so didn’t feel up to waiting. 

Ab Coaster: 3 sets of 20 with 25lbs. resistance.  The other weights I normally add were being used by others.

Cardio/Cool Down:
Elliptical:  Around the World (L2)—10 minutes + 3 for cool down= 13 minutes

Bike:  Kilmanjaro (L2)—20 minutes + 5 for cool down=25 minutes

Treadmill:  I did Hill Level 1 for 20 minutes.  I did interval between 3.0 and 3.4 mph.  With the five minutes for cool down, it totaled 25 minutes.

Total Cardio Workout:  50 minutes (not including cool down); 63 minutes (with cool down)

I was in a bit of a rush so I didn’t stop for any extra luxuries.

That sounds like quite a workout. I just walked six miles today. Maybe I will lift weights tomorrow?
