Word 17: Clouds
(a few thoughts of agitation)
My mood has been feeling a little cloudy today. It’s mainly because people are talking about
one side won and the other side lost in reference to the end of the government
shutdown. I can’t help but think: what
was the whole point of this debacle?
People lost their jobs; others had to work without pay. Was it worth all the suffering? I don’t think it was.
Usually, the presence of clouds gives me a
bit of comfort, but this time around, all it is doing is matching the
turbulence inside.

We all lost billions.
People should lose their jobs over this, but those people all reside in congress. They're the ones who should lose their jobs.
I definitely agree.
It was senseless. No one seemed to be accountable...and too many people lost out while congress sat on their hands.
